I am not pleased with the service. I wanted to pick up the truck on Sunday. They are not open on Sundays so she said she would give me 2 free days. I did not know that when she handed me the keys that that was the same as having the truck. When I called on Sunday to make some changes, I was told that I already had the truck and could not make the changes. At that time, I also found out I was charged for Friday and Saturday because I had the keys but the truck was still on the lot. I am still upset over that. If I had known I was being charged for those two days, I would have gone elsewhere where I could pick the truck up on Sunday or I would have gone ahead and gotten the truck and started loading. I felt very deceived. Also I had traveled 174 miles less than what I was charged for and I have received no refund.
