WILLIAM H.The moving blankets that we rented were wet inside the bag and smelled awful. When we tried to call about getting refunded for it, the hold time was 30 minutes and we didn't have that long to sit and wait on the phone.
Stephen H.Make sure all equipment ordered is actually in the truck. We ordered an appliance dolley that was not in the truck. We wasted almost 40 minutes on the phone trying to informed the company that we did not have the truck. There only fix is you can drive back to the location to pick it up but will charge you for the additional miles there and back (which they were closed). So then the money was returned for the dolley. So frustrating not mention the labor lifting and carrying all the appliances!
Lamaris A.I am very impressed that this location always has everything ready. I have never met the people who run this location as I always pick up the truck after hours. Probably have been here 5 times and consitantly the truck is ready to go ! Thank you !! Nice cars for sale at great pricing with payments on the window. I would buy a car here as well as rent Uhauls here.
