Felt unsafe and poor cell phone service to complete check in. Also, I called and messaged several times with no response.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviscan't think of anything
ALVIS SThe truck was nice and everything would have been perfect if the U-Haul app wasn't so slow. The truck pick-up is actually in the back of the building, which is fine and the app eventually told me that, but it took several minutes. Dealing with the app took 45 minutes to pick up the truck and I don't think it ever worked correctly on the return. That's not the fault of this particular location, so I don't hold it against them. I'm sure it would have been easier if pickup and dropoff were during their normal hours.
WILLIAM DWhen I arrived there was no one there. I took them 2 hours to get there. The contract was done thru an agent over the phone and it was a challenge. It was not an easy process
CARMEN PWas unable to rent a truck locally Luckily, there was one available in the location that I was headed Was a little more trouble but for such a short notice, it went surprisingly well Will use again in the future, if the situation arises
