The van was old dirty looking when asked if we can we can get a new one that was there they said no. On the way do the move the van was shaking and trembling smelled like burned oil and the oil check light . We had to call for road side assistance which they were helpful but took long and when the mechanic check there was no oil in the motor . Horrible experience

TRACY PNoted my return was a day later than the actual return date and time and over charged me. When I attempted to as above a different drop off location they stated they did not know and then charged me almost $400 for wrong drop off location.
LEVON SNobody there to check in; had trouble with mobile check in took almost 45 minutes to and hour to check in . I paid for furniture pads and there were no furniture pads. Also two homeless people were sleeping on the truck as I was driving it. I had video footage. This is crazy
