The location of this place was very difficult to find. The driveway is very steep to get in to. The parking area was very small and hard to navigate the truck and tow dolly in. Also it was after hours when I got there and the lightning of the lot was not very good at all. It was quite dark and difficult to see.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was called to move my pick location because the vehicle size was not available at the first location. It was never indicated to me that it was a self pick up so I was a little shocked when we got there and the place was closed. Luckily the Uhaul employee that I called was very helpful in walking us through the pick up process.
Donald RI ordered a furniture dolly and paid for it. It was not there and the location was closed on the day I picked up truck. It was a REAL INCONVENIENCE not having the dolly. I needed it and had to make do without.
