This drop off looked like a salvage yard and was not easy to get in or out of the parking lot

Edson CStaff was helpful
Thomas LLots of vehicles scattered around the property that makes getting in and out difficult. Trailer was wedged in tight to other vehicles. In my opinion not a good fit for the average person to get in and out. Staff was great and very helpful but this spot is too congested.
JAMES Chonor your quote! The Uhual I picked up said my account would be credited the $59.00 extra charge at drop off! My quote was $575.87 my charges are $618.67 which shows $48.02 added to the original quote. I do not know where A and A got the price and discount of 59.00 but I was over charged. The trailer was in good shape except all the winches and trailer stand were nearly frozen in place . I oiled and greased what was not able to be easily moved. The tires were knew and all lights worked. How do i get my money back for the over charge?
