They should have done a better job of explaining this location was self serve and that it was manned with shorter hours. I worked out but I lost some time with my move.

Skyler LThe only review I can even think of is the fact that I was overcharged. When I originally picked my truck it was for 2 days it was a pickup in Roseville Michigan return and Lansing Michigan. Somehow during the transaction without my notice it changed to one day. However the cost was not affected by this change it was still the same cost as the original agreement advertised on your website for 2 days one way move. I was charged 58 extra dollars without my consent or knowledge. This very much upsets me I have called and filed a complaint and requested a full refund so far I have not heard back
Michelle FThere was no one there and the placed looked basically abandoned. If it were not for the 2 trucks that was out there I would not have dropped it there. Not even a trash can for the small cups and stuff we had in the cab.
