Donna SVery agreeable individual greeted me and showed me where I should park the trailer. He jumped right in and disconnected the trailer from the truck and told me he would be texting me the papers in a couple of minutes which he did. Very easy and quick. Great job.
ROBERT GThe last 2 times I've rented a UHaul there has been a discrepancy about the gas. The first time gas gauge didn't work, this time the paperwork said the truck had a certain amount of gas but we took a picture of the gas gauge and there was less than the paperwork said. Then you charge an exhorbitant amount for any gas they say hasn't been replaced.
