The guy in Loves Park where I dropped the piece of equipment off too. He was not very talkative. Didn’t give any kind of help whatsoever. I didn’t know what to do whether I was supposed to sign anything or etc. but I also asked him some other questions and I just got nothing out of him. He seemed like he was very not talkative. He was kind of creepy actually to be honest.
JOHN FLocation was good. Guy at location not very talkative but was nice.
LOUISE DDude was a slob, when I came into office (first off was directed to a different location for pick up, when I in fact ordered to a different location, closer to home) there was a wet substance all over the desk, looked like I woke him from a nap… when I brought the vehicle back, no one was there, thank God I took a picture of dash, because whoever checked it in, lied about where I had the gas and added another bogus charge. I will never go to this location again. Across the street from shady area where drug and sex trafficking goes on, wasn’t allowed to leave my vehicle under camera watch, I would never EVER go to this location again. All I did was worry about my car in this seedy neighborhood
STEPHANIE DRefine the process. It was clumsy. The information. After making the online reservation I was informed I would receive a call to confirm. Then I got a poorly formatted text to check in on Friday afternoon for a Monday rental. At check-in I had to reenter information and was required to accept what I thought was an add-on product I didn't want. Follow-up communication assigned my name to my driver's phone number and when I logged into the app with my phone number it used my driver's name. Checkout process was confusing. Initial instructions didn't address refueling.
