This location supposedly told Uhaul that I dropped the truck off full of nails and screws and had to sweep it out. As a result, I was charged a cleaning fee after returning the truck. I can assure you, every screw that went into that truck was bagged and taped to whatever furniture it came off of. And every screw was accounted for when we put everything back together at the ne location. Nails??? Unless they meant the one fingernail I broke when moving…ther are full of BS!!

Everything went smoothly as far as the rental, but the truck was parked in mud and had a rough time getting it unstuck to use it.
MICHELE PThere was some confusion with my reservation, as my son and I unknown to each other both made reservations for two different days. When I arrived to pick up my truck the computers were not working at the pick-up location, so it was done over the phone with an employee who was offsite. She indicated I had two reservations, and I explained the U-Haul app glitched at the final point in making a reservation, and I had to start over, perhaps that caused two reservations? In fact, the second was my son's, but she was only looking at the last name. This resulted in my son's reservation being cancelled.
