Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were very professional and ready to help. I would definitely recommend this business.
Glenda AThe place was very dark and the app we was told to use just like when picking up wouldn't work.So had to call and just like when picking up was told to walk all around the closed business so their gps would pick us up .was very aggravating.took way to long just to pick up and drop off the drop off location was dark.
Donnitta DThe owner is always friendly and helpful. Upfront and honest. Used his service before and will again, when the need arises.
SHAWN BI had a good experience at the location that I picked the vehicle up from, but dealing with Uhual on the phone about a past situation was HORRIBLE! The girl on the other end of the phone just sat there, didn't respond and there were moments where we had to even say "hello, you there?" To even get her to talk. I'm VERY disappointed in Uhuals customer service after using the services quite a bit. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere next time. Do better Uhual!
