As soon as I signed the paperwork, The clerk left as was connecting the trailer. I found out that the pigtail to connect the trailer light to my connector was missing. I went back to the office and it was closed and the guy was gone. I had to used the trailer without lights. It was still daylight, thankfully. I stopped by a car parts house to see if I could get the connector, no luck. Sringfellow Transport is a trucking dispatch office and U-Haul is a side job with no importance. I was glad it was a trailer smaller than my Durango because my tail lights were seen around the trailer. Yes, I could have called the 1-800 number but I should have not had to. This does NOT stop me from using U-Haul. Because 5 days later I used another trailer with no issues.

Thomas MWas told several times that we were unable to extend because they had someone lined up for the truck. My husband ended up calling and talking to someone live to get the contract extended. Thankfully we were able to extend the rental for several extra days.
