Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerrible service. Lady called me to change my pick up after already changing it earlier in the day and offering me 20 off. Then when I arrive. I told them about that and they still charged me the full 121 and said that it would come off when I dropped off the truck which also was a lie. This place had some one who could speak English well enough but was not familiar with the process and had to call someone to complete the pick up after searching for the keys for about 20 minutes.
Zachary BThey were late opening but we received a clean truck.
Doris PThe truck was dropped off at 3 am so the return question in this case do not apply. Will use U-Haul again in the future.
Donna HIt took over a month for my deposit return. Company did not mark return when it was actually returned.
