Wrong key was given at check-in, wrong code was given at check-out. Charged for 2 days even though rep called saying they don't do 2 day rentals and changed me to 1 day. She confirmed if I check out after hours and return before the next rental began, I would be okay with the 1 day rental. Still charged for 2 days although we did not have it for 2 days and had to rush our move because of it.

Maria BI rented from uhaul at route 48 & route 30 N Versailles PA 15137 I received a call prior to my pickup date to pick the truck up across the street at Love For Thrift. The gentleman at that store was very nice but this location is dangerous pulling out from that lot since you have to cross the path of traffic and that location is NOT near a traffic light and that location has a hidden view from traffic traveling on route 30 east bound.
