The pickup instructions were confusing. I would add a larger sign or precise instructions on which gate to enter for equipment pickup.

RICK HHis gate was broken and I called for help and he instructed me the gate was broken and to call Uhaul even though he was on site. Terrible experience
Andrew PUhaul was visually clean inside the trailer and cab. Until I got in the truck and started down to my destination. It started as with one lady bug ont shirt. Then another flew from the back. By tge time I made it to my destination, ladybugs were crawling on the windows, the roof and the bsck windows. When I opened the doors to let th em out, that's where I noticed the infestation.
Chakita LI rented an appliance dolly with the rental truck and it was not in it. Even calling uhaul they told me I would have to go to another location and rent another and try and get reimbursed at drop off. The location I picked the dolly up was very helpful
