Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not have cell phone reception to check the truck in to drop off
MARK EThe drop off location was easy to find and returning the truck and trailer was easy. The office location was not as clean as what we are used to with most U-Haul locations, but it is part of an auto garage so that is to be expected. The gentleman was helpful once you got to chatting with him a bit and ended up being really friendly. He made sure everything was checked in and gave us our receipt and we were on our way.
Donald FVery helpful and kind staff - quick
Todd B“Bobs garage” was not helpful at all. They closed before I arrived with the truck and did not answer calls. I also recieved extra fuel charges but I returned the truck over where it was when I took it. I spent 80$ on fuel.
