I did a self check in. The only downside is parking at this location is very limited. Luckily I found one spot big enough for me to return the trailer.

This is unlike the UHaul Agent close to me in Easton PA. Mayken JR is basically an auto repair shop. The trailer I picked up was the only one on site. No UHaul signage. I had preregistered the rental, with full payment, including my NC drop off location, prepaid on July 2. after some delay in searching his UHaul Web site he found my reservation, only to tell me there was an additional charge of $100.44 due my NC drpoff location. He took my Visa card to verify the rental. I was unaware that he was entering the additional charge.
Ellis FMy issue is not with the pick up location but with UHaul. They didn't give enough notice of a change of pickup location and as a result the location wasn't open for my pickup time. The reservation was messed up and the location owner spent a hour with me on the phone to fix it.
