I won't be renting from this location again. It's a U-Haul dealer inside an Arco gas station and food mart. I chose it because I was told it's open until 11:30 p.m. and I could return the truck any time before closing. At pickup, I was asked how long I'd need it and entered 10 hours as an estimate. The truck's doors were unlocked when I walked up, and it didn't look like it had been cleaned since the last rental. There were items inside that I don't think belong in a vehicle being handed to the next customer. I chose not to file a complaint at the time, as a courtesy to the staff. I returned it at 10:23 p.m., before closing, but the manager had already left. The clerk said only the manager could log returns. Since the truck had been unlocked and had items in it at pickup, I asked her to confirm it was empty. She said she doesn't do that, so my wife recorded a video of the inside at drop-off before I locked the door myself. The next day, my receipt showed two days of rental and two days of road insurance, even though 24 hours hadn't passed. I was told I shouldn't have entered 10 hours initially, but no one told me that was a deadline, and I brought it back the same evening. I'm currently disputing the charge. It's not really about the money. I'd pay it if it made sense, but I was told I could return the truck before closing, and I did. Being charged extra anyway feels wrong. The whole experience was off from start to finish, and I regret renting from them. If you rent here, inspect the truck before leaving and take photos or video of the inside at pickup and drop-off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pick up of truck was okay, but said in rental agreement truck had 1/2 a tank. But actually We know the people in front of us came back same problem less gas, they were told take a picture. So that's what we did. Looks not so good for U-Haul, doesn't affect Arco.
ROBINETTE HWe were promised a low mileage trunk lowest miles & our rental had over 100,000
Leslie ATruck was super dirty on the inside, stains, spills, and the truck listed to the right. Seat was very one sided.
Christian RI would recommend if one was needed for the area. I was hoping to get the final charge adjusted since I used it for a shorter time and probably less miles than I estimated I would use. I know it’s a not a full blown U-Haul location, only 3 trucks available.
