Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur drop location was Mont-Tremblant but U-Haul moved it during the day to this location, another time extra milage. The Employee didn't know what to do, he did try to reach his boss but no answer; did have to wait for 30 minutes before he did understand i was simply dropping the truck but he told me he can't complete it because only his boss can. We called U-Haul to explain all these changes, extra milage was unacceptable. The employe we spoke were friendly helpful but nobody can take a decision. We end up with full rental fees and extra $$$ for our extra milage. The concept of U-Haul for one way is great but was is not so great is that they can change at anytime the locations (both ends) and they charge extra milage. No excuses, no credit for all the shit they do create (except the employe you spoke but they can't help); one did, they removed the extra milage on my credit card but few hours later it did came back. Overall, it was a nightmare. I should have rent with Enterprise because i never did have a bad experience like this.
Bruno BLes clés du véhicule n'étaient pas disponibles à l'heure demandée, alors qu'il s'agissait d'une prise de possession autonome. Le véhicule devait être pris à 7h, mais le garagiste qui avait les clés n'est pas rentré avant 8h15. Heureusement, car le site indiquait que le garage ouvrait seulement à midi. En raison du retard de la récupération du véhicule, nous sommes revenus plus tard que le temps prévu, et U-Haul nous a chargé un frais de retard additionnel.
