Again, the UHaul app would not work correctly. It kept saying that there was an error when I tried to log in. I tried my phone # and email multiple times, but it kept failing. I called support and they transferred me to the 24/7 support people, but the wait was 15 minutes. Somehow the app finally let me login after about 10 minutes of waiting, and was able to complete checkout. It doesn't help when the phone recorded message keeps telling me to 'download the app', but I already have the app, but it won't work.

Karen TThe app did not have an obvious option for after hours return. So, I used a browser on my phone. Halfway through taking pictures of the truck, the website crashed and tried to make me start over from zero. I gave up. It was frustrating.
