"dealer" facility is a shit hole. Expecting the usual bright shiny U-haul experience, this was a big disappointment. Dirty diesel repair shop, dusty, oily. The "u-haul guy" was not there upon arrival, had to wait. Check in was slow due to insufficient computer system. I could go on. Facility was 40 miles from my location; there was a nice clean helpful dealer 5 mile away.

No one inspected the U Haul when I dropped it off. I was promised a $10 credit and never received it. The worker looked at me confused when I told him I was there to drop off the U Haul

Brian DMan in charge was not on site. Why was i charged $ 115.50 at drop off location? Fuel was at the correct level. Unit was dropped off at location i was directed to.
