I was trying to set up a return for the truck on my app but it wouldn't work for some reason. So the guy said leave it and put the key in the key box, make sure it's clean and gas is correct. Which is was and I was still charged for gas.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad to wait for unit to be cleaned
Alaina DStore owner didn't have shop opened at promised time. Had to call U-Haul who then had to call the local shop owner to come his store to provide the keys to the truck. Set me 1 hour behind schedule roughly
BRADLEY TI would have liked to have been able to leave the facility on time as when you rent a truck and pay for it for a reason. Timing is everything and my time didn’t seem to mean much. I was disappointed when I mentioned about my time but the narrative was switched to when they could get to me although the truck was there.
NICOLE DNo improvement needed.
