Chris our agent was knowledgeable about our move. He was able to answer all of our questions. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. We even enjoyed his bad dad jokes Lol! Way to go U-Haul. It was a great experience overall. The movers we hired through U-Haul (Luxury Loaders) exceeded our expectations. They were fantastic. The same goes for the cleaners from JMB. They were able to accommodate us same day. They left our house sparkling.

GRANT BBe more visible than the Hyannis location. Virgin owner was pleasant, cooperative and efficient. Van was new and clean. This is the only location I will go to in the future.
