Everything was great! I asked for a bit more time for the rental because loading and unloading my recently deceased mother's belongings took more time than was anticipated. The gentleman who assisted with the rental was very accommodating. Thank you for making a tough experience a little easier.

Both this dealer and the employee at the State Street Ann Arbor location were amazing They helped us individually with every question and had a trailer ready for us even though we needed it a day early. I highly recommend this site in the Ann Arbor area for a seamless pickup.We were initially disappointed that U haul was sending to Detroit several hours later than we had reserved to pick up a small trailer. We received help from the State Street site in Ann Arbor, who were able to connect with the Yipsilante site. This saved the day!
