This was a terrifying experience. My reservation was changed to this location without my consent. I ended up having to return the trailer late at night and alone without help. The U-Haul agent who was on the phone with me couldn't even figure out the drop off and when she repeatedly tried to call for help, nobody answered. I felt unsafe, and I would never go through this again.

Comment U-Haul Reviews WorkI will never use the mobile self service ever again. I need there to be real people who can actually help when the equipment is faulty. I got lucky that the person who dropped it off. I don’t know if he was the owner of the truck or what the situation was noticed that I couldn’t get it to start and eventually came by after me crying on the curb for 30 minutes and then he helped me figure out how to actually start the truck and the reason it was so hard is because the keys weren’t the original keys to the truck and you had to put the key in the ignition 30 times before it properly worked and then finally started how would I have ever guessed that on my own?
