The directions on where to leave the truck for 24/7 drop (on the street?) were very unclear. Was not able to get ahold of anyone at uhaul for clarification. With the truck parked on the street, the mobile app was too far from the building to geolocate and do a mobile return.

Andrew AThe location is ok, but could be more rental pick-up friendly with wayfinding signs to the office. And maybe a way to contact a person if the office is empty to let them know someone is here.
colleen lThis was a terrifying experience. My reservation was changed to this location without my consent. I ended up having to return the trailer late at night and alone without help. The U-Haul agent who was on the phone with me couldn’t even figure out the drop off and when she repeatedly tried to call for help, nobody answered. I felt unsafe, and I would never go through this again.
