Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was told that getting it a day early would not count against me with price, then I just get my receipt and I was charged extra for that mileage on the way home, aswell as having it for that night so we could load up in the morning. I would like someone to please resolve this for me, if a U-HAUL representative on the phone tells me I won’t get charged, then I shouldn’t be charged! [redacted] I request help to solve this manner.
Caleb HThere was no one willing to assist in going through the pick up of the vehicle. No one was at the front desk, but a number was there to call, which rang at the front desk. When the gentlemen came in, he never asked us if we needed help. He sat at the front desk waiting with the truck key in his hand. Very unapproachable and unhelpful.
Corey LI had to use a phone to reach the staff, who simply said to leave the key at the desk. I placed it where I guessed it would be found, but it was also in the open, so then there was mild stress that anyone could walk in and swipe it. Ultimately, everything went fine, but it took me some time to realize there was a phone there to signal to the staff that I had arrived. Not a particularly negative experience, but not particularly positive.
JEREMIAH MI had great difficulty getting the lights to work. The personnel at the location was not helpful. So I went to a nearby "CarQuest" auto parts store where they helped me get the lights working. I had to buy a cable to replace the defective 4 conductor cable. Very inconvenient and time consuming.
