The entire online process was super easy, and the rental price was very affordable
Peggy DThe actual location of the truck is NOT where you get the keys. I took an Uber to the first location, I can only drive one vehicle at a time, and then another to actually get the truck. The employee at MEA shipping called and paid for the Uber. What should've been a 10-15 process took me almost an hour. The truck was dirty with all kinds of food crumbs, grease stains and wrappers. I've never rented a vehicle without a full tank of gas. Yes, it is noted on the contract, but how do you know how much gas you are going to use. So Uhaul benefitted from this one.

JOSEALFREDO MI asked him for box truck 16000 ibs to 26000 ibs to do class C driving test at the DMV he told me that he has one that’s 20000 ibs I rent it from him than I went to the DMV I waited from 12pm to 3:00pm till it was my turn. When the instructor came she told me that this is not the right truck & I need to get another truck. I went back to the U-Haul guy the rent it me the truck & told him about what happened & I told him that he was wrong & that’s his mistake. I told him that I’m going to come back tomorrow & he is going to rent me the right truck for free because it was his fault He gave bunch BS stories. I have the paper from the DMV that said that this is the wrong truck. Please contact me at my number : 7737173933. Thank you
