I kept the rental for one day, but I was charged for five. I'm very disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened-last time, I returned it within 24 hours and was still charged for two days.

Mohammed ZThe young man who helped me out on the trailer was too inexperienced. The ball mount popped off my hitch at the intersection of 32nd and Deerfoot and the chains saved the trailer. I booked at a U-Haul centre for just this reason, so next time I would not accept a transfer to a location that is a hotel first and a U-Haul agent second.
Jon JI need to see the biggest one the guys they told me that is only in the state not in Canada. If that’s possible give more room the rest all good keep it up excellent job.
