The staff were very friendly and accommodating I had a hard time finding the place because it's in behind the hotel and actually had to park the truck and look for where I was to be. Regardless, to that minor inconvenience. I found uhaul to be far above and exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending your company to everyone. It was good, but could be better if they let you know. Where to find the truck. Wasn't able to find easily.
Mohamad STruck was filthy on the inside. The truck did not include the dolley and furniture blankets that I paid for. Very poor experience.
Leilani MI was fraudulently charged for an equipment that I did not misplace. I am very disappointed that uhaul would do this to me. The activities of the staff at the drop off location should be investigated and surveilance videos at that hotel should be viewed to unravel how the equipment got missing from inside the truck.
