The only glitch that I encountered was mobile check in — after entering all of my information, the website repeatedly gave me a failure message stating that it recognized 3 separate phone numbers (my cell, my husband's cell, my company phone) as the number associated with my account. If you could fix that bug, it would greatly improve the customer experience , especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
