This location was horrible. It was on a dirt MUDDY road. The driveway was nonexistent and was also muddy. It was out in the middle of nowhere!! It cost me $22 to clean my truck when I got back to town

Deidre BThe pick up location didnt have any of our equipment when we got there despite receiving a call the previous day saying they would. We got only a truck and we’re told we could rent the rest from a stand-alone U-Haul the next day. The next day, of course, the store told me we couldn’t rent only equipment, we had to rent a truck with it. So we had to purchase our own. Somehow at this point we have a truck but no reservation appeared in the app. The pickup location had cancelled our previous reservation and not made a new one so we couldn’t do the 24/7 return. I had to call support and they told me I needed to hand the key to someone at the drop off location. The drop off location was closed when we arrived, and apparently every Sunday, but it said they would be open on google. It wasn’t until I called support the morning of the drop off date that a reservation was made or my contract/rental agreement. 0/10 experience will avoid U-Haul
