Two comments: 1) the equipment is very old. The truck had 130k miles. Mirrors can't be moved. Shocks didn't work much. 2) No provisions made for tolls (EZ Pass). Renters are forced to be billed by mail which is more expensive.

KEVIN BAccurate gas amount. I was told to return with 11/12 full but van only had just over 1/2 tank. So I either put more gas than I started with or get charged $8 a gallon to get back ton11/12. Not good, not fair.
