Staff was nice. The outside was unassuming. I had called beforehand with an inquiry and the personnel answered my questions. There was apparently only one person in the large office space and they were on break upon my arrival for drop off. Thankfully another person walked in (apparently familiar with the site) and informed the staff member I was there. If the gentleman had not done that I would have been waiting at least 30 minutes to be assisted even though I had called the site right after fueling and on my way to drop off the vehicle. The staff members I spoke to popped in briefly told me to leave the keys on the counter and she would check me out when she got off break. Which she did.

Karis BMake towing supplies readily available at all locations with trucks. We spent 2 hours finding appropriate equipment. We wasted a lot of miles doing this
