The person helping us seemed to be in a rush. When I inquired about our return location and ensuring it had after hours return he insisted all the locations had this option. However that was not the case and the return location he recommended did not have after hours return option resulting in us having to return the next day.

The guy who did our check in was super nice!
Ritadecassia MTank was almost empty (I took a picture a mile off the site of the gas tank gage for proof). When I turned the cabin air on, it blew dust and debris from the vents as if it hasn't been driven in months, windshield was extremely dirty. No trailer interior lighting, and no pull out ramp which made loading and unloading very unsafe. The check out person who rented it to me was very nice and helpful, however his clerk inside the facility while I waited was rude and condescending.
BRUCE DIt would be nice if the uhaul was always filled with gas instead of empty so I can get to my location without having to fill up first then after. The road to park it was hard but manageable.
