There was no proper instructions about picking up the truck, no communication channels for immediate assistance, didn't provide me with the very essential dolly and blankets for my move even after making the payment prior to pick up

MICHAEL ESelf drop off was straight forward despite the U-Haul app requiring excessive pics and taking too long to process each task. It is stressful enough to be moving, why does U-Haul need to add to that stress by taking a reservation for a specific vehicle at a specified location and then CHANGE THE TRUCK AND THE PICK UP LOCATION AT THE LAST MINUTE?? DO YOU KNOW WHAT A RESERVATION IS?
