The instruction for returning the u haul were unclear. When you first hit the return truck button it just gives instructions on having it clean and where to put keys. It's after the 2nd time it goes through and you have to put all the pictures and things in it. It was lucky I hadn't locked it yet when the screen came up.

We were helped by Cory. He was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had a calm demeanor, which was very much appreciated given the stress of packing/traveling/unloading! Cory made sure we understood the contract, how to use the ramp, quickly explained what we needed to know about driving the truck, and checked the truck over for any issues to ensure we weren't blamed for previous damage. The truck was fairly new so we were assured it was highly unlikely we would not have any mechanical issues. He ensured we understood where and when to drop off, and even provided his information in case we had any questions once we left. We were very happy with the overall experience and would recommend anyone needing to rent a truck to not hesitate renting from UHaul.
