GETA BIf I could post pictures of the U-Haul for proof and the video of the owner being very rude for no reason but his excuses was that he is the property manager and too busy to assist customers. The U-Haul had bowel movement on it and around it, we tried asking the property manager can he clean it and he said he don’t have time. It would have been nice if the guy would have assisted us better. You just never know what people are going through. Never would rent from this location again and I will suggest the same for other customers because clearly the guy is too busy to assist you. Choose a better location not greenbrier near the discount mall.
Zackeshia BThe personnel at the location were helpful, it uhaul as a company was very unhelpful. They changed my pick up time and my pickup location without explanation the day before my pickup.
