Michael S.WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD RETURN IT ON A SUNDAY THAT THE GATE WOULD BE UNLOCKED DROVE OVER THERE TO DROP OFF GATE WAS LOCKED HAD TO WAIT TILL MONDAY TO RETURN SO THEY CHARGED US ANOTHER DAY FOR IT WHICH IF WE KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA DAY WE WOULD OF USED ON SUNDAY TO MOVE MORE STUFF!!!! WON'T USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN
Robert M.Passenger seat belt did not work and of course was not discovered until truck was fully loaded. Windshield fluid was totally empty and we were driving in snowy conditions. Reservations were changed so a dolly was not included; they called another location to find a dolly for us but failed to mention that it was for a one way trip so we had to go to a third location to get a dolly. We ended up going to four locations total before being ready to start loading the truck wasting 2 hours of time.
