Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to wait an hour to get my truck. I was told that I could be early, just not late. When I got there, no one was there. Had to call 3 times and each time kept saying on their way. I would not accept picking up here again.
CURTIS MGreet customer service & experience!
Concessa JExcellent, professional and super helpful.
John AThey didn’t have the 2 dollies that I ordered and when I checked the fuel gauge it was on 7/8 full. I informed the man and he looked at the gauge and confirmed that it was between 3/4 and Full. I told him that that was 7/8 but he didn’t seem to comprehend. He said that he would update the reading on my contract from full to 7/8 but when I returned the truck at 7/8 full I was charged $20.25 for 5 gallons of fuel. I feel like he should be responsible for that cost.
