I reserved the truck at the Deer Valley/I17 location which I've used numerous times, and it was moved to the Union Hills location by text. This location is a run down, dirty old gas station. The person behind the counter kept trying to call someone to process myself, and another gentleman that came in for his truck after me. After several call attempts, the person answered and said he was sleeping. The clerk handed me his cell phone, and answered his questions the best I could, but there was a language barrier and very difficult to understand. I was told I would receive the correct drop off location in Mesa.

I didn’t go inside. The owner was closing as I dropped off the truck. He showed me where the dropbox was. Very nice man.
JOHN CI don't know !! Maybe clean your trucks,better service I had to pick up my truck that was out of my way. I passed the U Haul store on my way to a gas station that was joke !! Then the return was a cluster F.... The Ford trucks are horrible terrible ride lousy gas mileage compared to Penske and the others it's no contest who is better I will not recommend you to anyone !
WILLIAM HLocation is a gas station which means we have to deal and waist time while waiting for customers and whether access to internet is available or not which is required to complete possession of the truck.
