Wasn't able to get truck at 8am from the directions outside! The map keept telling me I was out of the area. I was NOT! complained to front end manager about updating the location for ppl to not experience this same problem. Was a huge mess in 100 degree weather. Plus I went about and beyond and filled the tank to full!! Witch I didn't have too! Not a thank you, not a 1/2 for the problems witch is on ( u- hauls) end! YOUD THINK THEY WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT!! IT'S ALL ABOUT THAT MIGHTY DOLLAR!! You lost a customer.

JOHN MThe fuel level was below what I was told and even though when I filled it I used a card and guessed the amount to use and I was close, but that didn't seem good enough and is petty to over charge someone when the fuel level was below what was mentioned but since I don't use a U-Haul on a daily basis so I didn't know they would act like shit and try to charge more then necessary. I spent more to make up for the fuel then I should have. There is a large dent on the bumper I think it was on the driver side prior to my usage.
