Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe did not know that this is a drop off point where nobody would be accepting the trailer. It was a little confusing.
Ann BThe app for self service pickup was not working so had to call customer service.
Robert PThe location I picked up and dropped off were great. My experience with u-haul as a company on the other hand was not good at all. I had nothing but problems from start to finish with the u-haul system. And even after drop off I am STILL waiting for them to fix a billing problem!
lori dImprove how a customer can access the online return page/process. It took me 30 minutes to get to the right page to return the vehicle in which made me go past my turn in time and I got charged a late fee. I had to call and speak to someone who had to direct me to the right turn in procedure page.
