Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything went well. I had been previously been advised that the location was closed on Sat/Sun, and to contact Kevin @ a number provided if I ran into any issues. When I arrived, I did not see the drop-off location on my reservation. I called Kevin, and he was able to update the drop-off to his location and check-in the truck. I was very appreciative for the accommodation, especially after moving furniture from New Braunfels, TX to Katy, TX. Thank you!
Ulysees CExcellent!!......Everything was perfect!!
Fidel AOverall everything was great besides being charged for 2 furniture dollies and receiving 1 & also being charged for an appliance dolly I never received. On Weds. I went on chat in the app and was told a ticket was put in. I’ve yet to receive any refunds or contact after that. It’s very disappointing to say the least.
