Drop off location was actually outside the locked gate, I was there on a Monday at 2pm and nobody was there or answered the phone. I actually had to leave the trailer in the only place possible which was in the swale off the side of the road. If I didn't have a 4x4 diesel one ton truck it would have been impossible. If someone had to rent that trailer from where I HAD to leave it, it won't be easy for them to hook up. U-Haul should reevaluate this rental location. There was a person there attempting to pick up a small moving truck and was unable to get it because nobody had access to the key box.
