The drop off zone was a 24/7 hour but not supported by personnel. The problem is the uhaul app did not recognize the location and kept trying to load. Because of this I couldn't complete the drop off and had to return the next day. Fix the app process.

The process was easy and convenient but the App. didn't allow me to show the mileage and gas level was three quarters fuel.
