Great service after I picked up the truck. My only complaint was the day before I was scheduled to pick up the truck in Vernon I got notification from U-Haul saying I had to drive 30 minutes to a new pick up location. Great service in the Calgary drop off. Guy

STEPHEN HTo try and get a correct invoice has been the most difficult experience i have ever had its taken me 3 phone calls to get a proper invoice , when i ordered the truck in April 2025 from Vernon BC and confirmed it 5 separate times i was going to pick it up in Vernon , then the day before i was to pick it up i receive a text message saying my truck is ready to pick up in Lake country which is 30 km away from Vernon so i had to drive to Lake Country to pick up a truck that i had confirmed 5 times i was picking up in Vernon. This was added stress on a already stressful moving experience , I would really like someone to call me and explain when this happened , its very hard to want to use u haul rentals when this is the way your service is .
