The road the location was on was closed and we had to drive up on the sidewalk to get past the road blocks. It was also over an hour away from my home.

Dislocation was closed when I went to drop off I incurred an additional fee because of it. I will never use U-Haul again. I tried to make several calls and was transferred and hung up on. I am beyond disgusted and literally will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.
Shanna WIt was a situation that I had to travel to this facility for a ONE WAY rental truck. The agent was great. He was informative and made the process easy to arrange to receive the truck. This was probably the best U-haul truck I have ever driven(I have rented numerous). It was well maintained and drove well. The agent advised me on the processes to avoid additional charges if I was negligent in completing the pages with boxes to check. I appreciated that! I would use this facility again.
DOUGLAS LLloyd was excellent in taking care of my rental. Very professional and helpful.
MICHAEL FLocation was not clean. Gentlemen’s running it was not respectful in the slightest. Did not have customer service at all. Was belittling and and rude. Talked to me like I was stupid. Do not recommend to anyone ! Overpriced and not worth the bullshit I had to go thru with this man.
