Truck smells like cigarette smoke. Then Our truck broke down in the first 3 hours of a 12.5 hr trip. I can’t explain our disappointment with this survey, however I will be reaching out to U-Haul for assistance to settle our bill. I would highly recommend your upper management visit some of these satellite sites. Another thing would be if you state your business hours, and you set up a pickup time for a customer Be There. That’s also in regards to our utility transport trailer in Rochester IL the same day. Piss poor customer treatment!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDirty floor I had to clean that I did not cause
JERMAINE HThe old man is sexist, and said women shouldn’t pull trailers if they don’t know what the parts are on the trailer
Crystal SThe road the location was on was closed and we had to drive up on the sidewalk to get past the road blocks. It was also over an hour away from my home.
Megan SDislocation was closed when I went to drop off I incurred an additional fee because of it. I will never use U-Haul again. I tried to make several calls and was transferred and hung up on. I am beyond disgusted and literally will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.
