Couldn't locate anyone to assist with unhitching or directing to drop off area. Was hard to find a spot to drop the trailer. Someone finally showed up after we dropped trailer and asked if we couldn't have found a better place to leave it and stated that it was in the way. There was not another place to maneuver the trailer in to. Check out/receipt process went fine, so would drop off here again if absolutely necessary, but only because we haul trailers regularly and are experienced with maneuvering, hitching, and dropping.

Was over charged for 180 miles and we only drive 98 miles and paid over $220 for only a few hours. Absolutely disgusting service

SHARON FNo one was at the facility for 1.5 hours after we were supposed to pick up and no one would answer the phone. The truck they rented us then broke down and had to towed away. Would not recommend.
