This was not the location that I was originally supposed to pickup. I was not notified of the change in location until I checked in. I was then told to go to this location that was 20 minutes away. The 40 minute back and forth put my crew behind schedule.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey offered no help in returning the trailer. The person who was there didn’t even get up and just told me to leave the trailer in a spot. I explained that I could not back this trailer up into the spot so he told me to just leave it in any place that didn’t block any of the traffic. I had great difficulty putting the trailer in the spot as it was in a downhill position and no assistance was offered until we had to go in and beg for help. The person finally came out with a block to chalk the wheel . Another customer got out of his truck to try and assist. This created a relatively unsafe situation for myself, as well as this other customer as the trailer kept rolling down the parking lot because of the slope I was quite dissatisfied.
