U-Haul should make customers aware of possible $25 cleaning fee. This would help customers bring back the equipment in a cleaner condition, and by telling us before we rent it, it will allow us to factor it’s cleaning into our time while using it.

Truck was not full of gas when I picked it up I completely filled the tank with gas when I dropped it off. And was charged an extra 7 dollars for gas. I have a picture of gas gauge on full and mileage at time of drop off.

The cargo Van's were nasty. Dog/cat hair everywhere. You all need to provide vacuum cleaners for every location. If I was not in dire need for a truck I would not have rented. There was something spilled in the back and it was not cleaned up. Horrible ratings when pertaining to cleanliness.

There was only one person working and it took 45 min for me to pickup a truck that I had already reserved. I set it up for mobile pickup but the app crashed. The person working had no idea how to help me. It got to a point where there were about 6 people waiting with no one being helped. Everytime someone needed a truck the one employee would have to go outside and open the gate and do whatever else which took them an extremely long time, meanwhile no one inside was being helped. It was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had.

I was unaware that this location was closed on Wednesday. Also, I rented a storage unit from this location. Being a U-haul dealer, I would assume the driveway would be big enough for a U-haul to drive to the unit. This location we had to walk our stuff to the unit because we would either damage storage unit properly or the U-haul. If you happen to have a remodel, try making sure the trucks that are rented at that location can make it to the units without fear of damage.

I made a reservation for 9/30 at the Preston Road location on Saturday. On Sunday I called to verify pickup. At that time I was informed that the pickup location had changed to the Bardstown road location. On 9/30 my wife drove from Cincinnati to the Bardstown location with her brother to pickup. Once there, they were then informed that the pickup location had changed for a 3rd time, to the outer loop location. This is unacceptable customer service and I would expect some type of refund.

Truck rental pickup was supposed to be in Glasgow when I reserved and paid for truck. Then we had to drive 20 extra miles each way to pick it up in Brownsville. Don’t understand why we only found that out twelve hours before pickup time
